| Geri Root, CMP, Director of Communications & Education, is responsible for directing the marketing and communication activities for all EMS clients as well as planning seminars and conferences. She supervises positioning and branding strategy, convention and event marketing, newsletters, member/industry publications, member relations and benefit programs, media relations, and advertising. Geri is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and brings more than 25 years experience in all aspects of association management and meeting and event planning. |

Cheryl Tennihill, Director of Continuing Education & Membership for one EMS client and serves as Special Projects Coordinator, for other EMS associations clients. She coordinates continuing education seminars and membership and works with our directors of education, membership and government relations to facilitate mailings, surveys and promotional media. Cheryl graduated from Portland High School and is working on an Associates Degree in Business from Lansing Community College.

Marci Jacobs, Graphic Designer, is responsible for the layout and design of all printed material (newsletters, brochures, advertisements and membership directories). Marci was the art director of Palazzolo Design Studio, Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, Riverhouse Graphics, and is now the owner of Bella Blue Design House located in East Lansing, Michigan. Marci has a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art and Design. |
 | Kyle Shumaker, Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), is responsible for maintaining the information technology infrastructure that powers Eurich Management Services. Kyle is the owner of The Shumaker Technology Group an IT consulting firm that he founded in 2007. He specializes in helping small to medium sized associations and businesses make effective use of technology in their day-to-day operations. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University as well as a variety of industry specific certifications. |
 | Emily Maurer, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist & Membership Coordinator Emily provides internal administrative support to our clients as well as handling the office supply needs at Eurich Management. She assists with membership campaigns, educational planning and manages our client databases. She formerly worked for Michigan State University Extension and the Great Lakes Christian Home. Emily is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Broadcasting & Cinematic Arts. |
