| Donna Devereaux, Director of Financial Services, is responsible for maintaining the financial records of each association. She manages the accounts payable and receivable and prepares monthly financial statements for each association's Board of Directors. Donna works closely with each association's Certified Public Accountant to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns. She is responsible for all the accounting records and maintains association files using the standard guidelines for record retention. Donna has more than thirty years of accounting experience. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Accounting. | | 
| Vanessa Crocetto, Director of Government Relations, tracks legislation for all of our clients. Vanessa manages two Political Action Committees (PACs) as well as providing fundraising services to PAC’s outside the EMS client family. She spent three years as Chief of Staff for State Senator Mike Goschka, worked as a government relations specialist for the Michigan Funeral Directors Association, and has assisted several state legislative candidates with fundraising and political strategy. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Administration Degree. | | 
| Rebecca Holloway, Director of Communication, is responsible for coordinating editorial and advertising for the newsletters for most of the associations. She also supervises several other publications. Rebecca studied Environmental Science at the University of Aarhus in Denmark and is currently finishing her B.S. at Central Michigan University majoring in Journalism with a concentration in advertising and Environmental Policy. | | 
| Jennifer Fedewa, Director of Conferences and Meetings, is responsible for planning and managing conventions and meetings for several of our associations. Her duties include securing speakers, organizing conference registration and on-site management of all conventions and meetings. Jenny is also responsible for coordinating educational training seminars for many of our associations. Jenny is a graduate of Portland High School. Her experience includes 12 years of customer service and sales. | | 
| Lisa White, Event Coordinator, is responsible for the annual buying and educational show for the Midwest Health food retailers. She has over 20 years experience in individual and group travel and event and meeting planning. She is a graduate of Mount Hope Bible Training Institute in Lansing , Michigan and enjoys volunteering in the marriage & evangelism ministries. Lisa lives with her husband Rick, son Samuel, and cats in Mason. |  | Cheryl Hillis, Special Projects Coordinator, works to coordinate education and seminars and also works with our directors of education, membership and government relations to facilitate mailings, surveys and promotional media. Cheryl graduated from Portland High School and is working on an Associates Degree in Business from Lansing Community College. |  | Robin Rings, Membership Assistant and Database Management, has over four years of experience in human resource management. Her skills include verbal and written communication, insurance enrollment, payroll, and customer service. She is a graduate of the administrative professional program at Lansing Community College where she obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. She plans to continue her education at Lansing Community College seeking a bachelor's degree in human resource management. | | 
| Kelsey Gregory, Director of Membership and Education for the snowsports industy, oversees the management of membership records and the coordination of snowsport educational events throughout the Midwest. She is a graduate of Portland High School. Her experience includes six and a half years of customer service. | | 
| Tim Beckwith, Education Coordinator and Business Valuation Specialist, has a three-decade background in sales and business development. He served as an account executive in the office products/office furniture industry for over 20 years and worked as a consultant to businesses throughout the Midwest and Florida since 1994. Tim is an agent with RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals in Lansing, Michigan where he assists clients in the process of buying and selling businesses. | | 
| Katie HC Poindexter, Technology Specialist, maintains and manages the websites for most of our associations. She also assists in the development of member services and oversees special projects. Katie has over ten years of experience in customer relations. | | 
| Marci Jacobs, Graphics Designer, is responsible for the layout and design of printed material (newsletters, brochures, advertisements and membership directories) for some of our associations. Marci was the Art Director of Palazzolo Design Studio, Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, Riverhouse Graphics and is now the owner of Bella Blue Design House located in East Lansing, Michigan. Marci has a Bachelors in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art and Design. |
