| Geri Root, Director of Communication, is responsible for directing marketing and communication services, including publications and websites. She also supervises positioning and branding strategy, convention and event marketing, member/industry publications, member relations and benefit programs, media relations, newsletters and advertising for all of Eurich’s clients.

 | Cheryl Hillis, Special Projects Coordinator, works to coordinate education and seminars and also works with our directors of education, membership and government relations to facilitate mailings, surveys and promotional media. Cheryl graduated from Portland High School and is working on an Associates Degree in Business from Lansing Community College. | | 
| Marci Jacobs, Graphics Designer, is responsible for the layout and design of printed material (newsletters, brochures, advertisements and membership directories) for some of our associations. Marci was the Art Director of Palazzolo Design Studio, Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, Riverhouse Graphics and is now the owner of Bella Blue Design House located in East Lansing, Michigan. Marci has a Bachelors in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art and Design. |  | Debbie Fletchall, office manager brings over 20 years of experience to EMS. Debbie provides internal administrative support and attends to the company’s day to day office needs. She has strong organization and communication skills and is proficient in the EMS Programs. She has an Associate Degree in Medical Business Administrative from International Institute of America. She worked has a secretary for the public schools in Arizona for over 18 years. She now considers Michigan her home. |  | Krista Stauffer, Membership Marketing Specialist, is responsible for membership records and data. She specializes in recruitment and membership drives. Her duties include telemarketing, written and verbal communications, and customer support. She attended Pima Community College in Tucson, and brings 12 years of management experience to EMS. |  | Patrick Long, Director of Finance, is responsible for the accounting functions for the associations and Eurich Management Services. He will also oversee the human resource duties for the organization. He graduated from Michigan State University and has over 20 years experience in the agricultural, construction, and recreational industries. Having been an active member of business associations he understands the value that associations provide for their membership. |
